[WIP] Branching Pipes

Branching pipes allow you to, depending on the current state of the transport, branch off into different sets of pipes. They work by modifying, or patching, the pipeline in real time, once the branch is complete the pipeline then resumes it's remaining pipes. Let's look at an example;
